Phase 3: Land Acquisition Fund ($65,000)
Securing the permanent physical location in southern Illinois. This fund covers the purchase of acreage to be transformed into a sanctuary that acts as a permanent home for the memorial and cemetery. This will also fund any land preparation and compliance we need such as drainage and parking, and all regulatory steps needed to make the cemetery usable.

To ensure the highest level of financial stewardship, exactly 0% administrative or organizational overhead is charged to our restricted funds. 100% of your contribution to the restricted funds is ring-fenced via strict restricted asset accounting and goes directly to the physical ground or direct family care. The General Fund is the only fund that incurs and pays for ongoing administrative or operating expenses.
Furthermore, Not Forgotten Children Memorial Sanctuary operates on a pure, volunteer sweat-equity model. Exactly 0% of our capital is allocated toward executive compensation, board stipends, or management wages.

In accordance with strict fiduciary standards, contributions to this fund will accrue interest and be securely invested in low-risk vehicles to insulate the capital, helping us reach our 2.99-acre sanctuary goal much quicker.

The Guardian Grants Fund (Accessible via the Guardian Grants button) This compassionate fund helps build tombstones and memorials for children lost to miscarriage and abortion whose families cannot afford traditional costs, or who would otherwise be forgotten. A core pillar of this fund is designing and building small, dedicated memorials to children lost in abortion who have no one else to remember them.

The Endowment Fund (Accessible via the Endowment button) This serves as our long-term financial anchor under the Illinois Cemetery Care Act. It allows us to permanently maintain the cemetery even if no one else donates, securing long-term grounds maintenance, perpetual care, and future physical expansions for generations to come.

The General Fund (Accessible via the General Fund button) This is our primary operational vehicle. It pays for ongoing website and banking costs, unexpected organizational expenses, low-level maintenance, and necessary one-time purchases. It covers the general mundane operational costs associated with maintaining a cemetery infrastructure, as well as necessary travel or transportation expenses when conducting official sanctuary business.
